I pulled up a property right here in Sacramento to check the value, the address is 1444 Athetherton and let’s look at Zillow to see what they say it is worth…. zillow is saying that the property there is worth 331k. this is a offmarket property okay this is just a hypothetical. I just put this address in and so you can get an idea of how not to determine value if you expect top dollar. okay and now that’s for Zillow 331k for red Fin what are they saying? 371k wow 371k a big difference there. okay 331k to 371k what’s that 40,000 difference. realtor.com is saying is worth 36k, huge difference huge difference in valuation.
